General Manager

​Since 1988, I have gained experience in various aspects of residential, commercial, and industrial construction & roofing, including 8 years of experience as a manufacturer’s rep with GAF Materials Corporation. I am grateful for the unique experience gained along the way and all the people that contributed to it.  My background provided us with a clear vision of the company we wanted to build and the right way to do it.  Clarity was started in 2009, arguably the worst time in 40 years to venture into a new construction business.  By sticking to our core principles of professionalism, integrity and honesty we have grown our business by consistently providing quality solutions and a superior customer experience. We knew from the start that our ability to turn our vision into a reality, depends on the people we hire.  When you choose Clarity, I’m confident you will see that our people make the difference.

Jesse Murray

​ Operations Manager

​Residential & Commercial Construction, including Masonry, Electrical, Roofing, and Project Management experience since 2001. Jesse has grown into a management position at Clarity, because he has the core competencies that can't be taught. He is diligent, adaptable and committed to excellence; but most of all he really cares about the success of every project he is involved with.  These attributes ensure that your roofing project will be handled with the highest quality of care and completed in a timely manner.

Joel Hollingworth

Project Manager

​Starting in 1992, worked in Residential & Commercial Roofing and Siding.
Project Manager since 2011, Joel shares Clarity’s commitment to honesty and integrity. He is a highly skilled roofing professional, experienced and competent in all major roofing technologies. His commitment to problem solving, quality control and good people skills, will ensure that your project gets done right the first time. Since coming to Clarity he has grown into a mentoring role, freely sharing his knowledge and experience to benefit the whole team.

Dan Hartman

Estimator

​Dan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience designing mechanical systems for the Yacht industry. Dan's goal is to precisely gather your project information and provide you with an accurate, on time quote.  His attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and broad industry knowledge, is what makes him a successful estimator.  He is a dedicated and loyal member of our team.
